Our dining service options at Ochsner LSU Shreveport – Academic Medical Center include our cafeteria, WOW Café and the Market at ACC.

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria is open every day and has a wide range of choices, including:

• Breakfast: Eggs, grits, hash browns, toast, biscuits, bacon, sausage, and breakfast sandwiches
• Lunch and dinner: Hamburgers, pizzas, soups, salads, sub sandwiches and unique entrees made fresh every day
• Simply To Go: Grab-and-go sandwiches and salads
• Innovations Station: Entrees cooked to your preference and specifications

Hours:

• Breakfast: 6:15 - 10:30 a.m.
• Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Limited menu: 2 - 4 p.m.
• Dinner: 4 - 9 p.m. (weeknights);.4-7:30 p.m. (weekends)
• Late night: 11:30 p.m. - 4 a.m.

The cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the main Academic Medical Center building, across from the credit union. Check out the new menu!

WOW Café

The WOW Café serves a variety of breakfast sandwiches, Danishes and muffins for breakfast and a lunch menu of made-to-order hot and cold sandwiches and wraps. In addition, you can enjoy Starbucks fresh-brewed coffees and specialty drinks, including:

• Cappuccinos
• Frappuccinos
• Fresh-brewed teas
• Lattes
• Iced coffee

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

WOW Café is located on the ground floor of the main Academic Medical Center building next to the BRI Atrium.

The Market at ACC

The Market at ACC serves daily soup options, fresh-made sandwiches and salads and hot-off-the-grill sandwiches, as well as your favorite convenience items.

Hours: 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Market at ACC is located on the ground floor of the Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport – Ambulatory Care Center building, next to the main entrance.

Café Dubuis

Additionally, the St. Mary Medical Center Café features a hot meal selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Sunday. Check out the new menu!

Serving times are approximately:

• Breakfast: 6:30 - 9 a.m.
• Lunch: 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Dinner: 5 - 8 p.m.

The Coffee Shop

St. Mary Medical Center proudly offers a coffee shop that serves Starbuck's brewed blends and pastries. Hours are 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Monday - Friday.

The cafeteria at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport – Monroe Medical Center is located on the hospital’s second floor. Our hours are:

• Breakfast: 7 - 9:30 a.m.
• Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Dinner: 4 - 6 p.m.

We also have snack machines in the cafeteria’s seating area and in the lobby areas on the first, third, fourth and fifth floors. These machines are accessible 24 hours a day. Check out the new menu!
