If your insurance provider does not authorize payment, our authorization team researches why the request was denied and works diligently to get the problem solved. Our pharmacists work with your doctor to get your medication covered by your insurance or have the original prescription changed to the medication that is preferred. This helps us fill your prescriptions when you need them, so you don’t miss vital doses.
