The Ochsner LSU Health Office of Emergency Preparedness is continuing to monitor the upcoming severe winter weather and the impact to our area in the coming days. Now and always, your health is our priority.

Impacted Operations

Normal operations and hours remain for our hospitals, clinics and outpatient services and are expected to remain given the current forecast. (Note, specific clinics have planned holiday closures Friday and Monday. Urgent Care locations remain open with the exception of Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, 2022.)

Rescheduling Appointments

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us through one of these methods:

• Call your provider's office
• Reschedule online through MyChart
• Ochsner LSU Health patients in Shreveport can also call 318-626-0050 to reschedule appointments and Monroe patients can call 318-330-7168.

Virtual Visits for Urgent Care

Ochsner Connected Anywhere is available for virtual visits for urgent care and behavioral health. Download the Ochsner Connected Anywhere mobile app on iOS or Android or access the service online through a computer at www.ochsnerlsuhs.org/anywhere.
